My vehicle was damaged by hail on 2013-11-12. I reported it to Outsurance on 2013-11-13. I spoke to Nolene Smit. She handled my claim professionally and ensured that everything was explained to me in detail. I was informed by the consultant, Nolene Smit to take my vehicle on Saturday to be assessed. On Monday 2013-11-18 I received a call from Nolene informing me of the Contactor who will repair my vehicle. On the same day I was contacted by the contractor to confirm an appointment for 2013-11-27. I have heard of other people who have to wait until next year to have their vehicles repaired. That is what I call Service!
