From the TV advert Outsurance is promising that they will pay R400.00 if they cannot match current quote. After submitting all the documents pertaining to the quote they were unable to better the quote. The response from OUTSURANCE was that the R400.00 was going to be paid within three days. Six weeks have now lapsed and no money has been forthcoming. I had to pay R150.00 to fax as well as make numerous telephone calls.
I believe that this is in breach of the consumer protection act.
