I SMS'd Outsurance for their R400 if we can't beat your current car insurance campaign. Got phoned by Cohan who in all his efforts could not beat nor match my current quote. I requested that they then pay me the R400 as advertised after which Cohan asked that I send my current insurance policy document to him and he will let the relevant people contact me. That was done on 21 Feb 2013. I was contacted once to rate the service, but not a word was said about the R400 campaign.
I have emailed him again and have to date not heard anything. If this is the service you give, I can't see myself moving over any time soon.
