False Contact Details

I was pre approved for a loan and no one has came back to me regarding forms or how much I qualify for. I called the number on the email I received and it said NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. How do you contact them without a number. I am pre approved but dont know where I am in the progress and cant get hold of anyone. How does that work. And in the meantime I am receiving allot of spam emails. REALLY
