I am disgusted with the bad advertising used...
in may last year i called for quote and outsurance couldn't match my current quote, subsequently my current insurance prem has gone up for the new year as my policy was revised on the anniversay in january every year, i called outsurance again along with other companies and again outsurance couldn't match my currenty insurance prem, however i got reply stating that i dont qualify for the promotion... question, is the promotion on current insurance prem or not???
