I heard an ad on Metro FM on Monday the 11 February 2013 on my way to work, about Outsurance. That if they can not match your current insurance premium, they will pay you R400. On the same Monday I called Outsurance call centre for a quote for my car and household insurance. Unfortunately their could not match my current insurance premium. There after I submitted my current insurance document for verification. Once that was done I contacted by Palesa to confirm my bank details and that the payment will be processed between 5 and 7 working days. Surprisingly the money was paid into my account on the 13 February 2013.
