On 10/09/2012 I contacted Outsurance for car insurance quote, spoke to Rasi Quote number 5320222, Outsurance could NOT match my current Premium with Standard Bank. I sent my Policy docs and follow the prompts etc. I still had not heard anything. On 11/09/2012 9am I called to follow up was told to send an email to Mohamed (Manager) explaining my situation along with my Banking details it was sent, TO DATE NO FEEDBACK!! 4 months later On 08/01/2013 I called my Insurance company to update my policy and heard the R400 Outsurance Promo ad again, I then remembered that I still had NOT received my R400. So I called Outsurance again for a new quote spoke with Nicole, still Outsurance could NOT match my current Insurance. I told Nicole that I still have not received my R400 from last year, immediately her tone in voice changed and she began to argue that I had received it so I explained to her that I did send Mohamed an email with no response Nicole said she will follow up and TILL TODAY NO RESPONSE. Outsurance should think before they make promises in the Media that they can't keep especially if they can't put their money where their mouths are! CATCH A WAKE UP OUTSURANCE!!!
