On 22 October 2013, I noted that my handset was blacklisted - I was cut off from the world! I called CallSure Insurance Team who, thankfully, replaced my handset a few days later. However, to this day, they cannot tell me why the phone was blacklisted. It caused me humiliation, and not to mention, inconvenience. Can someone from the team kindly let me know what the reason was for "the blacklisting". I have received numerouse e-mails from the team stating that they are investigating, but now, with still no response, I ask that you could kindly get back to me?
