I called in on the 24th October 2013 before going into the Dr surgery, I was battling to load Funds on my One Card and Masichaba was the one who picked up and assisted me.

I explained to her that, I was getting a message by that I did not understand from my phone, while trying to load funds

She politely explain what the problem was, and loaded the funds for me on my card, and I could go to the doctor and have my knee sorted
