No funds on One Card after processing new Claim

Yesterday, 14/05/2013, I attempted loading a Scripted Medication Claim on my One card using the *120*17526# facility but the funds failed to load onto my One Card.
I checked the Self Help Portal which reflects the Scripted Medication Claim 1304989 status as "NEW", however, when I checked my One Card balance, it is reflecting a balance R26.15 which means that the R170 has not been loaded.

I have emailed all the email addresses I have of the various departments but no response received.
Nothing has been done to resolve the problem.

Also my daughter suffered convulsions resulting from a high fever on 2013.04.30 at 7pm.
We had rushed her to the doctor, we needed to take her to a paediatrician but was not able to do so because a previous claim was not approved, resulting in new claim being declined which meant we had no money to take her to the paediatrician. The call centre was not available, the *120*17526# was giving errors.

Nothing seems to be done to fix these problems. Pretty soon someone is going to lose their life because of Oneplan being slow to act or get their processes in order.
One Plan needs to clean up their act before I switch to another medical insurance!
