Still people out there that will go the extra mile

I simultaneously added my 2 yorkies on OnePet medical insurance. Someone only loaded one yorkie and about half a month later the other one. Made an appointment for the one who was loaded late at the Vet and sms'd the claim throught to get funds available for the Vet visit. It was declined. Spoke to Thando and she fixed the problem and made sure the funds were available before my vet visit this moring. Thank you Thando.
