I am really having no joy at all. I also loaded a claim via *120*17526# To date, no amounts have been loaded onto the Onecard. yet they expect you too submit your proof on time. What if my kid had to be hospitalised? Would I have been refused medical attention?
They need to understand that there are rules and regulations... so just as we have to abide by the rules of the scheme... they have to render a decent service as we are paying customers.
One can always have them reported to the council for medical schemes... Just saying!
