My case was referred to Cecilia Bronkhorst@clientele sometime back. This was to do with an adventure booking dispute and although it could not be resolved in my favor due to technicalities Ms Bronkhorst exhausted all avenues to try and benefit me as a client. It was then that a established a relationship with Clientele, I have lately been having some challenges at work and had to go to the extent of logging a grievance. Ms Bronkhorst was with me all the way with friendly courteous professional advice whenever needed making this anguishing journey tolerable. It is service like this that counts in trying times even though sometimes you cannot win it all but just having people like Cecilia of Clientele is all right. Thank you Cecilia
