I transferred money for my son on the 13th of Dec and up to date when I knew he'd be back in the country and need that money for taxi cab he can't access it. I logged 8calls to Standard Bank but I'm moved from one place to another. I have been disappointment by banks but never STD bank. I do not have the time or the ability to go to a branch as I'm in a wheelchair. The more I call the more they tell me to visit my branch. SERIOUSLY have we come to that???
