I called on thursday and they say they have not recieved the debit order so i send the proof and nothing happens. I called today and the lady tells me the fax number is not the one she knows. However this guy that took the call said he will call back its two days later nothing he is also a rude person who have no ability to assist he should not be there as he is a totally disrepute to your company.
i want this to be resolved my payment was done I should not be in arrears with anything on this account.
I want a senior person to call me back before the end of business today and i want an email address for the proof to be sent to me or i want a director of the company to call me and i want an apology for disrepecting my wife on thursday from Jeremiah in writing.
