I paid a Settlement Amount on a FNB Card on the 14th Jan 2014 and was hammered by the bank that it's not paid yet but I send a proof of payment and only to find out that the Acc Number is different to what I have entered and I have proof of what I entered. Now this was not resolved as I have been calling the call centre only to be told that the proof I send them looks fishy and that they can only help me in 10 days.
Now a lady Fay Fredericks helped me on Tuesday the 21st of Jan and came only back to me on Wednesday half past 4 and garunteed me that my money will be back in my account the next day that which was Thursday and I have been calling to speak to her and the whole day no answers and today I called them again and she was not in again and a team leader tried to help me when I was told again that my proof looks fishy as she spoke to the other one that helped me earlier in the week.
I need my money back and they are giving me false promises and my FNB settlement amount keeps on growing.
I need this sorted out urgently.
