Endless Phonecalls -Harassment

Against my better judgment, I made arrangements to pay DMC every month. I refuse to give them bank details as DMC are known to debit your account without authorization. On 30 April I made a payment. On 30 April I emailed proof of payment. On 09 May I received a call because I "failed" to pay. I explained that I have paid and I have emailed the proof. I even went to double check my reference numbers. On 13 May, I emailed proof again. Later that day, the 13th. I get another call. I explained that I have just sent another email with proof of payment. So I send the email again, this time to the person that called. Again on the 13 May I get a call, I Explained and practically begged the lady to tell me what to do. Today, 14 May, guess what??? Yet another call and again I explain myself. Short from going there and physically paying them... I am at a loss and BEYOND FRUSTRATED
