Standard Bank Ucount - Poor Tracking System

I recently purchased a hi-fi system from the Standard Bank U-Count Online mall. My order went through on the 01/08/2013 and the package was dispatched on the 05/08/2013 according to the online order history. 2 weeks ago I called the call centre and the lady that dealt with me told me that the package will be shipped in 7 working days. Last week Thursday (15/08/2013) i called the call centre again to track the package and the gentleman who assisted me only said that the package is in Durban and they dont know when it will be delivered. I asked him to consult with the courier company if I could physically go collect the item from their depot. I am still awaiting a call from them. Yesterday (19/08/2013) I called the call centre again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Saleem who was able to assist me. To date, he was the only person who was able to help with trying to find out where the package is and even call me back. Today, I am still waiting for Standard Bank U count to get back to me. I am appalled at the service of Ucount. I have been banking with Standard Bank for the past 13 years now and never had an issue with the banking service. Its just Ucount that is pathetic.
