In late October, I went through a rather traumatic experience. An experience that has left me very cynical and paranoid about my safety and just the human spirit. When I logged a call with First for Women I was assigned to Zach to handle my case/claim.
I was a little sceptical and judging from the task at hand, thought that he'd just be bearacratic, only interested in the case and be cold. He has been anything but that!
As a busy working mother with two kids under the age of five, I have a bit on my plate and juggle the demands of every day life. Zach has gone the extra mile to fit into my busy schedule to make time to see me and to gather all the information that's needed.
His warm, professional and open approach has been most appreciated. He has simplified everything and explained the reason behind every process. This is a short note to commend a wonderful gentleman who provides great and professional service in a kind-mannered way.
