Outrageous the service

Well, I applied for a personal Loan through this Lady on thursday the 17th of January.
She asked me to send her Copy of ID and Payslip which I did to [Email Removed] and then I recieved an SMS saying i need to send proof of residence and marriage certificate to the FNB hogan fax number I did that too. Then I recieved a sms saying i need to sign the contract and send back but as per our telephonic discussion she advised because i have agreed verbally i do not have to sign and send back.
I have been calling her since because the sms for id payslip and the rest do not stop! i have sent them countless times via fax. I Called her Yesterday the 21st and Said i would like to know what is the progress of my application, you say everything is fine it is being processed so whats going on, Please hold for a few minutes then puts me on hold then she answered and said " I will call you back mam I promise" and no call what so ever I had to call today asking her to speak to her manager regarding this, the answer I get is she is in a meeting mam and told me that her manager would call me back at 10.30 to 10.45 Nothing!!!
