Unwilling to restructure my account

I have requested a wesbank to restructure my account as follows 1) Please load a debit order for R3000 every month until my arreas of R5000 is paid. That means I will be paying extra R600 for my arreas. But they only took the montly installment via debit order of the 26 Feb 2013 after I have sent them an email to deduct r3000.
2) I have also requested for the arreas amount to be transfered to my balance, for which they refused to accommodate me and lastly to reduce the INTEREST RATE OF 16 % they have charged me (this is just tooo much).

I only missed 1 installments but because they are not accomodating me, my arreas keep on incueing interest every month and they are happy to scare me by sending me demanding sms and they they wil refer the account for recoveries.

This is the email I sent to them to load a debit order for R3000 and they took the wrong amount and they wil come to ask me why my account is outstanding.
