I own a BMW 330I that was driven by one of my friends for a week, he was going through a devorce and needed help, in this he was involved with a argument between himself and his ex wife without telling me about this she laid a charge against him with my cars reg. nr.
The car was picked up by SAPS and taken to Vereeniging, in the process my payments got behind and i REGISTERED for debt review at Debt Resque, a month or so later I received a document from Wesbank that stipulated that they approach the High Court to repo my vihecle, immediately I contacted Debt Review and asked them because Wesbank was part of the creditors for the full amount on my BMW
I contacted my friend in this regard and asked him where my car was picked up for I did not need the car now therefor just left it with SAPS until the case of intimidation was finished
I was informed that Wesbank sent for the car already without me signing or surrendering my car back to the bank and it was authorised by a frikken constible Masimdi from Parkview,
I have all the doumentation including the Wesbank guy that picked up the car in my posesion and I want my car back, in my Debt Review I made arrangements for Wesbank
