Wesbank wants to repo my car and dont want help me

I had lost my job in March 2013 and informed wesbank, who asked me to pay R500.00 towards my car, which i was doing. they change that after 3 months and said it was not an arrangment, i sent numerous e-mails and called them to assist me but all they said was sorry, they sent a collection person to repo my car. ( i was not at home that day). I called in to speak to Orisha from collections and asked her for help, she said to avoid the car being repo. i must pay 70 %, .I even called wesbank customer service who refused to help me. I could only manage to pay R2700.00 in August as the arreas amt was R6800.00 . i banked the R2700.00 and called the collections dept and asked them if i could Pay my normal installemnt of R1950.00 plus and extra R700.00 every month to cover the arrears, they said they will find out and call me. To date they have not called me. Today (18/09/2013) i received an sms fromGregg the guy who repo's the cars . i called him and asked me abt the arrears, so t i told him that i was waiting fo Orisha to call me, he said that it was declined, once again. He then said that he was going to get a court order to take my car.
DOES WESBANK ONLY CARE ABT THE MONEY
