Received a SMS on Saturday 9th November @ 14h01 regarding my credit card over the limit and having to pay immediate. I spoke to a consultant today and she told me because of the yearly services charges my account has now gone over limit which means it is frozen till a payment is made. And as per my statement received on the 9th of November @ 10h00 there is more than enough money on my budget limit than the payment required. So to me there is a contradiction of the information that has been send to me as a customer. My bill is paid on time every month.
