Management taking over a week to contact me

We insured our vehicle in mid Aug with ADRIAN MOODLEY and were advised to have an evaluation certificate done by Market Toyota to raise the value of our vehicle. We submitted this to Outsurance on 03 Sep to [Email Removed] The same vehicle was in an accident on Fri 1st Nov and Outsurance does not want to acknowledge the evaluation certificate amount. I have called everyday since last week Monday (over 6 days) for some form of response form management. I've been told that Gavin (manager) will listen to recordings where I was instructed to do the evaluation, that he is taking calls when I call, that he will call me back. Only to find out at the end of last week that he was on leave the whole week. Further to this no action or research had been conducted as to what happened with the 1st submission of the certificate. The records still reflect when I resubmitted last week 04 Nov to [Email Removed] . So in a week no one did anything and in the process we must suffer financially without our vehicle which repairs are being delayed due to Outsurance not doing their work. Again today I was promised I would receive feedback as Gavin was back and no one called.
