I have been charged an amount of R230.00 on the 2nd of October being charges as I was over my limit. Your yearly card fees that was charged put me over my limit. I don't have a problem to pay the amount if I had spended on my account. But your charges put me over my limit, which I feel is unfair to charge for that. I did not know that my card renewal fees would be charged to my account, otherwise I would have made provision for that.
