Money even though account shows good stat

After paying my credit card as per usual, a bit more than minimum payment required, i was slapped with a late payment fine of 220 rand... keep in mind my card was below the red line and below my limit as well. 3 days later i was slapped again with a 220 rand limit exceeded fine, and early this morning i was shocked to see 502 rand transferred to my cc account. After phoning fnb to clarify this, no proper explanation was given as to why the deductions when my card was in good status. I think this is nothing less than thievery. I paid more than what my online banking said, as usual, and this is the first month this has happened now. My account was below what my limit was, yet the "late payment" was deducted 4 days later??? Shame on your fnb. Big big shame.
