Outsurance promise in all their advertisements that if they can't beat your insurance quote they will pay you R400, so you have nothing to lose! I am a client of outsurance and needed to get a quote for house insurance on my husbands name. I got a quote from His current insurance company and phoned outsurance and ask them for a quote as well and told them what the other insurance company quote was. outsurance didn't beat or mach the quote. when i phoned today to ask them if we qualify for the R400 as promised they came up with 10 000 stories why not, told me because me and my husband are married they see us as one and because i am a client we do not qualify if we request a quote. outsurance marketing makes promises to get new clients but when it comes down to the actions they are full of empty promises. i will tell everyone i know about outsurance'S!
