I am having problem with FNB the issue is ;my deceased mother left something on her account then i went to the bank to closed the account and transfer the money to the other account, they requested me to bring the required document which i did . i asked them how long will it take to transfer the money they said its takes only 20 working days, now its been two months they have not done anything so far just an empty promises :(

i will appreciate your help
