Dear Sir/Madam

We have on numerous occassions contacted Standard bank Johannesburg and even wrote to them regarding an estate late Micheal Hendrik Matthys Peo's account number 022158936. Our initial instruction was sent via post on the 01 of June 2010 requesting to close the deceased account and transfer the proceeds to the estate bank account which was provided on the letter. The Deceased Estate Department, then decided to transfer the proceeds to the unclaimed balances account on the 05 August 2010 which was after our instruction as per our letter dated 01 June 2010. Due to this delay we would appreciate it if the Deceased Estate Depatrtment would transfer the money to the estate account together with interest from the date of our initial letter.

We would appreciate it if this matter would be treated as urgent.
