I recently had to sort out my mother estate late account, which was done. I requested a transfer of teh remaining funds to my account, on the 28th of May. 9 days later, and not a word. I wasnt given any follow up information on who to contact. I chose to mail FNB's info address to ask for assistance. 152 requests later, I still have absolutely no response. Its a transfer, I'm not asking for shares, its a simple transfer... 9 days? Really?
