Why bother with Online requests???

This is now the third time I have sent a request online to get information from the Premier Banking suite and they do not bother to get back to you. I sent a request to find out if I can deal with a private banker during the purchase of business. So I want to be able to deal with one individual through the whole process of purchasing the business. I will need to apply for a half million rand loan. Now to me that is the kind of business a bank would like from a platinum account holder. But after a week, I still never heard from anyone in FNB, other than an trying to sell me airtime.
Simple question FNB - Does your motto, "How can we help you", mean absolutely nothing to you??? I am more than willing to take my business else where. Nedbank have offered me a few loans recently and I haven't even needed to contact them.
