Hi on Friday i was on my way home in a taxi and i received an sms of notification that i have bought something at Vertigo menlyn, to my surprise because i had my bank acc card with me, i tried calling but my phone battery died, so i got home and charged my phone so i can call to ask what was happening. so after a while i received another sms that i have made an ATM withdrawal and by then i was at home, so i immediately called the number on the back of my card to stop the card to which they did close it.
so the following day i went Mamelodi branch to report the matter, The consultant then logged my report and told me they were going to investigate the case 1st.
what bothered me is she kept telling me that i might not get my money back and she was busy telling me that its either someone i live with is the one who used my card and i told her that i had my card with me when the incident occurred but she kept on insisting and saying that the type of my case has never happened before.
what i would like to know is will i get my money back???
