On Sunday morning we mad a withdrawal of cash at an ATM, the money never came out of the machine, we were then told by absa that we should wait for it to be reversed, when it was still not reversed on Monday we phoned absa a second time and they casually told us that it is not their problem we should go back to the garage where it happened and confront the owner about their faulty machine. Since when is it not absa's problem if the cash was withdrawn from one of their own ATM's? I find this extremely pathetic. Absa should refund us this money immediately or i will take this matter further.
