Still no feedback after this long, I had logged this query for my sister before and she was called by a lady called Vanilla in the Risk/ department and she told my sister that this will be investigated and she will be provided feedback asap. That was 2 months ago. Up to today there is still no feedback, instead things have gone from bad to worse. Standard bank just deducted money from her other savings account to pay for bank charges for a account which was supposed to be close a year ago. How can you have bank charges on account which there was activities and was reported a long time ago.how do you take money from her savings account without her permission? That is called. I don't want to even go into the poor service they offer at the branches. They are very incompetent. This is the last time I am reporting this, if this is not resolved and my sisters money is not refunded, I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman, and that is no threat, it's a promise. 0829901029 my number, 0719654458 my sisters numbe
