NO access to credit score

After completion of the lengthy registration process I was informed that someone else could be trying to gain access to my credit score and I was requested to scan in my ID and proof of address.

This is not acceptable and was not made clear at the start of the registration! I have read other similar complaints after which the credit score was just sent to the customer without any further confirmation.

This was a huge waste of my time and this is a contradiction to the national credit act by denying me this information.
