Going to the bank on a Saturday morning, I expected long lines and lots of frustration. The staff at Absa Grove branch were extremely efficient and friendly though, with people allocated to make sure customers were in the right line and being helped as quickly as possible. Mr Chauke sorted out both my requests with a smile, he was extremely professional and polite, what a pleasure!
