Unacceptable _Wonga Payment Sent_but not received

I applied and got an e-mail saying that the money will be paid into my account immediately.
However now 5 days later I still have not received any payment and the call centre is not prepared to assist me in trying to find out why the money has not been received. They do not even reply to any complaints or e-mail queries sent. Why don't they have an answer? I am certain that all my details are 100% correct
