Nedbank Savvy C/Q account a hoax

I have been a loyal Nedbank client since Dec 2001. Nedbank's service went from bad to worse. I was contacted by Nedbank head office, and offered a Nedbank Savvy cheque account Nov (2011) if I recall correctly. I went to the Branch to complete paperwork and opened the account. I have since seen on tv and heard on radio the ad for the Savvy acc, and what they promise on the ad is not what I got from them. They promise notification if you don't have enough monies in your account before your debit orders go through, so you have time to get money in the acc before you get charged for insuf funds. Charges R120 per debit order not going through. I queried it on Nedbank's FB page, was told I had to register for benefits??? On 2 Feb 2013 I went to do shopping, I got sms' from Nedbank, but knew there were sufficient funds. On Feb 3, I went back to PNA, forgot something and had to pay for it. After the transaction I checked my new balance to see how much was left for grocery shopping. After my shopping at PNP I got an sms stating there's a balance of R254.04 left and have sent proof of sms' to Ruben. My acc is now in arrears and I've been struggling to get this sorted out with Ruben
