I had the unfortunate experience of damaging my vehicle's rear glass the day after purchasing it... and to make matters worse, was told by various BMW agents that the only such rear glass in SA was based in Cape Town and Durban... didn't help me in Gauteng.
I registered a claim with Discovery Insure and after 5 minutes my claim was approved. A short while thereafter, the glass service provider managed to secure a glass item from a location (not sure where) and had it taken double time back to the branch to get privacy tint applied, and met me at my workplace to install, finishing 5 hours after I logged the claim! Also, due to the brilliant products they offer, this specific claim didnt even have an excess.
The service was fantastic, and the feedback on point. They certainly took the sting out of damaging my day old car!
