Two wrongs don't make a right

I went in to make a deposit, the consultant didn't have change and so I had to wait for him to look for change. He didn't even inform me that he was going to look for change and while iwas patiently waiting for him my phone rang. I answered my cellphone and he got in my face and told me that cellphones are not allowe, he couldn't award me the same courtesy of waiting to hear if I was going to participate in the conversation or if I was going to tell the person on the line that I was busy. I had explained to him what I wanted to do and had already handed him the money for the deposit. I got off the phone and he called another client while I was still waiting to be assisted, I waited there like a fool not knowing what to do. I asked him to call the manager and Makgabo came to assit, I explained how rude Sifiso had been and she told me the matter would be dealt with. She couldn't emphasise enough how at fault I was for leaving my phone on, that was even after I explained that my 3 month old wasn't feeling well and left my phone on to speak to ppl who would call to check up on the baby.
