Why must I Suffer!

I received an SMS to call miway and the sms also claimed that they've been trying to get hold of me, but my phone has no missed call! I called and some lady told me I called some smart insurance not Miway. How is it possible that I call the myway number and land at another company, the voice prompts told me I'm at Miway. Is this passing the buck?!
