Insuarance claim 2475068 panorama Plumbers

New fitted geyser fell from wall damaging kitchen zink and cupbourd. A week later still not finalised or fixed and tenants to move in in such conditions. Tenants cancelled lease contract due to Plumbers mess and ABSA not sorting it out. ABSA using bad Plumbers who uses rollbolts to hold a geyser. No feed back from Nickey Engelbrecht of ABSA where Panorama Plumbers registered the claim. Neela using excuses that she was not at her e-mail.. If you wana do the job read your e-mails or get another job or a secretary. Assesor didnt give anty feed back as yet. Should I move my insuarance from ABSA as well? Seems as if they dont give a about there customers.
