Is it possible to get an update?

My accident occurred on the 14th October 2013. Late that evening, It took two weeks and a half weeks to get to the panel beaters. Where they are now waiting for parts. I am estimating I will only going to get my car back in hopefully a month from today (7 November 2013).

Phone phone phone phone phone no answer, to get through to the call center doesnt happen, when it does happen. "Sorry sir, the person who is handling your claim is currently busy shall i ask her to call you back? "
BAH! that will never happen!

Asking for feedback "please phone me back and let me know? " This is now the second time I have asked them to get back to me... NO RESPONSE

I do not recommend anyone attempt to go with Virgin Insurance. I would rather suggest that one go with a competitor, where you will receive way better service. A call center one can get through too. Also doesnt take 2.5 weeks to approve your claim!?
