I have been using Liquid capital for my Renault Clio III extended service plan, there was initialy a problem when i changed from my Standard bank savings to Cheque account. I had a call to fix the outstanding amounts, i made an internet transfer of R160 on 27/02/2013 then R476 on 27/05/2013 after which i was told that my account is up to date then made arrangement to reinstate the debit orders of R158 which commenced on 26/06/2013 to date. To my suprise i was sent an SMS saying i owed them R1935.25, i then phoned in and asked for an explanation which they couldn't provide, a second SMS saying i owed R1938.04 followed after the call. I checked my bank statements to confirm the debits were paid and that was the case. I've now been trying to call but can't get through.
