Frozen account without communication

I went to a fuel station on Friday night 21st June 2013 only for my card to decline a few times. Good thing I was with my husband then he paid. I even told him that I had money in my account. Next day went into pick n pay to draw money it still declines a few times. Then phoned the call centre around 12 they tell me I needed to go to my branch coz my account had been frozen and they cant tell me why... I was so angry the list they could have done was send me a massage to come into the bank as they are putting my account on hold. Had I not been with my husband on Friday night what was I going to do at the fuel station... FNB you need to be the bank that you go around advertising to be. you cant just freeze one's account and wait for them for find out themselves like really. I think that was really bad service at its utmost...
