I called Outsurance to get a Car Insurance quotation with Outsurance on Thursday the 16th of January where the Car Insurance quote I received was higher than what I'm currently paying. The agent just cut off the phone and did not say anything about the R400 ad campaign if they can't beat your current insurance. Another agent from Outsurance then called me back and still their quotation was still high. They then send me the link to complete my details for the R400, which I did and sent back to them along with my current insurance policy. I then recived an email on Thursday from Alida Moses [Email Removed] who claimed to have tried to call me yet I did not receive a missed call from anyone. I have sent about 3 emails with my number again for Alida to contact me but still have no response from Alida who did not provide their contact number. Please can someone let me knw what is happening with the R400 ad promise as you could not beat my current Insurance and I did send you that proof.
