I recently saw an advert on tv that claims outsurance will beat any quotation and if they can't tell will pay you R400!
So I thought ill give it a try, I could either get a better price on my insurance or benefit from the. R400.
I gave outsurance a call, my quote was drastically cheaper, I don't even know why would they try and market something like that because my quotation was less then half.
They sent. Me a link and asked for my policy documents to receive the cash, I took my time did everything.
20 minutes later they sent me an email that the promotion is on a like to like basis, I asked for a quotation from outsurance on comprehensive car insurance and I have currently got comprehensiven the agent did not specifically ask me or tell me it needs to be matched exactly or what ever like to like means in their opinion.
I do not want the money now, but I hate fake companies. I will give outsurance the account number of a poor family they must donate the money! And I most probably will never have or recomend outsurance, it makes you wonder how they try and get out of situations when claients claim on their policys, don't beat around the bush make clients aware!! Time wasted...
