OVERCOMMIT AND UNDER DELIVER

Good day

I contacted Outsurance about two weeks ago with regards to there campaign to better the insurance deal that i am currently paying with my current insurer. The company outsurance claims that they will bend over backwords to assist. They could not beat my current insurance in any way and the call centre agent sent me a link were i will get my R400.00 because they could not beat my quotation. When i logged into the link and put my account details the website advised that there is an error on the website and i must call the contact centre. I then called the call centre again and left my details for the relevant department to call me back and confirm my banking details. Two weeks has gone by and no one has called me regarding my R400.00 refund. I am not happy because Outsurance pride themselves on great service but they cannot even refund the money on a campain that they couldnt beat.
