I contacted Outsurance to get a quotation for insurance cover. A quote was done with one of their agents, unfortunately their cover was higher than what i am currently paying with my current insurer. With this being said, the agent i spoke to advised that he will send me an email detailing how i will get the "R400" since they had failed to beat my current insurance premium. I waited 2 days for email, and contacted their call centre again. I was told the same story by another agent, and a day later after that... still no email, after contacting their call centre for the third time. All in all, i have been waiting for this so called communication for over a month. This offering is that is trying to bring in business and Outsurance does not honour their end of the deal. Cheap marketing strategies!!!
